Founded in 2007 by environmental advocates in Toledo, Ohio, Partners for Clean Streams (PCS) is committed to protecting and restoring local waterways through education, community engagement, and sustainable practices. With over 17 years of experience, PCS has organized 28 annual cleanup events and collaborates with local organizations to implement impactful initiatives like Community Water Action in Toledo. PCS also serves as the Ohio EPA’s facilitating organization for the Maumee Area of Concern. Programs such as Get the Lead Out and Fishing Recycling Collection Bins work to reduce marine debris and promote environmental stewardship. Through hands-on volunteer efforts and restoration projects, PCS empowers individuals to actively address water quality challenges.
About Jesse Stock (November 2024)
Jesse Stock is the Executive Director at Partners for Clean Streams, bringing over 21 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. A former Philanthropic Services Officer at the Greater Toledo Community Foundation, Jesse has also led community initiatives at organizations like the Athens County Foundation, Athens County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and the American Red Cross. With a background that includes military service, where he earned two Bronze Stars, Jesse is deeply committed to service, community, and positive change. He is passionate about the environment, local philanthropy, enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
