Today’s episode is an interview with Perrysburg resident Alona Matchenko, JD. We talk about what brought her from Ukraine to Perrysburg, why she likes living here, where she went to law school, the non-profit organization she founded (Toledo Helps Ukraine), and how the Perrysburg community can help Ukranian refugees living here in America and the people of Ukraine through donated money and items.
Pallets for a Purpose is a supply collection organized by Toledo Helps Ukraine. To learn more, visit 4ua.org. The goal is to collect supplies needed in Ukraine through September 30, 2024.
