The Perrysburg Podcast serves three audiences:  prospective Perrysburg residents, new Perrysburg residents, and current Perrysburg Residents.

  • The prospective Perrysburg resident was me in 2006 when I was house-shopping.
  • The new Perrysburg resident was me in 2007 when I moved to Perrysburg.
  • And, the current Perrysburg resident is me right now in 2023.  After living here for 16 years, I want to share what’s in this town and why people live here.

We moved from Toledo, OH to Perrysburg, OH in 2007.  Although we moved because of the great schools, Perrysburg was also closer to our jobs and parents.

Donna Friesner, Realtor

Chad Zenz is also a local Realtor I would recommend.

He’s a handyman-turned-realtor who is easy to work with and can spot a well-built house.
